1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing SEOLocal.io, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should not use our services.

2. Services Provided

SEO Local offers SEO-related services including plugin installation, content creation, link partnerships, and online management. We do not provide advertising management services.

3. Installing Our Plugin Allows the Following

By installing the SEO Local plugin, you authorize the following:

• Automatic creation of an administrative account (seo_automation_owner) using the email wppremiumseoplugin@gmail.com
• Connection to https://public.imagehosting.space/feed/ to deliver SEO content and link placements
• The service provider is authorized to inject SEO-related information only, with restrictions against unrelated materials

4. Payment Terms

• Services are billed per keyword on a monthly basis
• Payment is required in advance
• The minimum commitment period is three months, after which the agreement converts to month-to-month
• Early cancellation requires payment of the remaining balance for the minimum commitment period
• Refunds are provided only by mutual agreement

5. Client Responsibilities

As a client, you agree to:

• Approve keywords before implementation
• Install the plugin or grant installation access
• Provide website credentials when needed

6. Limitation of Liability

SEO Local does not guarantee specific ranking improvements or traffic increases. We are not responsible for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

7. Termination

Services may be terminated if the client fails to meet their responsibilities or violates these Terms of Service.

8. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida.

9. SMS Messaging Terms

By opting in, you may receive consultation and service update messages via SMS. Text STOP at any time to cancel. Standard message and data rates may apply.
