Domain Authority

A third-party score estimating how strongly a whole domain can rank.

Domain authority is a metric from SEO tools (not Google) that predicts a domain's ranking strength on a 0-to-100 scale, based largely on its backlink profile. It is useful for comparing sites and tracking progress, but it is an estimate, not a Google ranking factor. Chasing the score for its own sake misses the point; earning the links that raise it is what actually helps.
